License Agreement

By purchasing or downloading Pystal templates and products, you are granted a non-exclusive, ongoing right to use them for your projects.

Permitted Uses:

• Create unlimited end products for your personal or business projects.
• Use the templates to deliver projects for your clients.
• Modify the templates and combine them with other works to create derivative projects, in accordance with this license.

Prohibited Uses:

• Use the templates in any software or service that allows users to customize the template, such as "website builders" or "theme generators."
• Host, resell, or distribute the templates or any derivatives as standalone products.
• Share your access credentials or allow others to access the templates.

Purchasing

When making a purchase on Pystal, you may need to provide specific information, such as your credit card details, expiration date, and billing address.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to use any payment methods provided for the purchase.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

We may utilize third-party services to process your payment. By providing your information, you authorize us to share it with these third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Unlimited Access License

The Unlimited Access License provides individual access to download products on a per-use basis. All premium products are available for download during the term of the license. Sharing account access or excessively downloading products is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without a refund.

Payment Process

Our payment processing is handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle.com manages all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not typically offered. However, if you encounter issues with downloading or using the product, please contact us. We will assess your situation and may offer a refund or replacement if deemed necessary.

Support

We provide support for all templates for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. This support includes help with common questions related to the product but does not cover extensive technical support, customization services, or integration with third-party software.
